Just a retired finance guy with too much time on his hands, a love of live music and a penchant for the truth. Stock fraud is maybe worse than ticket scalping.
"Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc" translates to "After it, therefore because of it" and its almost always wrong.
The Mullenz Army sees that $MULN went down after the RS, so thinks it went down BECAUSE of the RS.
Truth is the continued decline is bc dilution ACCELERATED post splits
Say it ain't so! Looks like the $MULN Army lost Tim the Toolman.
@Empiretime2024 must have booked a mid six figure loss?
Kinda funny that he thinks Mullenz might be around in a couple of years. I doubt they'll survive mroe than a couple of months.
Any OG pumpers left?
@PuzzledRaccoon@stomping_llama@Expired1337@KendallP97 @Mullen_USA I've been around for all three reverses, all with fidelity, and teh round up shares typically take 10 days to 2 weeks.
I did it recently with FFIE. They split 8/19 and I got my round up shares on 8/29.
I've heard that schwab is much faster.
@Expired1337@FooblyFoo @Mullen_USA They may but this is very much a grey area, IMO.
I'll throw something up on reddit shortly due to x character limits.
@Expired1337@KendallP97 @Mullen_USA The 10 day, or sometimes 20 day, above $1.00 requirement to regain compliance is if you are WITHIN a compliance period.
$MULN is NOT in a compliance period.
They were not eligible for one due to excessive reverse splits.
They are being delisted pending appeal. Full stop.
i've been trying REALLY REALLY hard to keep politics out of my commentary, but am I the only one noticing that the people who LOVE, LOVE, LOVE penny stock shitcos heading to zero like $MULN $AMC $MAXN $WHLR $FFIE $MMLTP etc etc etc tend to be conspiracy theory Trumpkins?
@justaguyonx11@DavidMichery @Mullen_USA I know this'll piss people off, but you QUITE LITERALLY had to be mentally retarded to not KNOW this was coming from $MULN after the close.
I was 50% expecting it yesterday. When that didn't happen it was 100% TODAY.
If you DIDN'T see it coming, you should GTFO of stocks.
@justaguyonx11@KendallP97@msmith_cpa We've been checking the Yotta filings, but they've been awfully quiet.
Its the weirdest SPAC deal I've ever seen. Rather than cash the consideration to DriveIt appears to be $100M in yota shares. Yota has like $5M in assets so I'm confused by the deal terms as of now.
@manmeet_s_k The Nasdaq Rule on Excessive Reverse Stock Splits does NOT prohibit them. A company can do as many Reverses as shareholders approve.
What the Rule says is that a company that has done for than 1-for-250 cumulative in the prior two years is not eligible for compliance periods.
For anyone who found it curious that the $MULN Jan 16 2026 Call option doubled today despite the SP being down 10% here's my thoughts on why, and why the options may go even higher tomorrow.
NFA

@6days1week@SECLawyer101 Yes. But it will take some time depending on your broker. If you had fewer than 100 shares of $MULN you will *probably* see them all vanish from your account tomorrow to be replaced with the "round up" share.
Schwab does it in a couple of days, Fidelity takes like 10.
Its a NASDAQ Rule having to do with Reverse Splits. They halt extnded hours trading at 17:50 the night before and resume it at 9:00 the day of the split, just 30 minutes before the official market open.
Halt is under Rule 4120(a)(14) and reopening is Rule 4120(c)(7)(A) $MULN
@DD_Henney@fud_daddy_420 @Businesssdad blocked me as well.
In his defense, he might not have blocked me over his $MULN pumping but instead for me repeatedly calling him a moron.
In my defense, he is one.
@007bull07@DavidMichery@SECGov Time for YOU to accept responsibility for your OWN ACTIONS.
That $MULN was, from the jump, a BLATANT insider enrichment, serial dilution scheme that had NOWHERE to go but ZERO was quite obvious.
And we've been telling you this FOR YEARS.
Your losses are on you.
@007bull07@FBI@Nasdaq@NasdaqExchange You misunderstand the Nasdaq rule. Not surprising as most $MULN baggies misunderstand nearly EVERYTHING about financial markets.
The rule does NOT *cap* splits.
It says if they do more than 1-for-250 they aren't eligible for 180 day compliance periods.
Thats *ALL* it says.
@Michael_10_Four@Beefly0123 Or you could sell 99 shares today, pocketing enough for a couple of cups of coffee, and after the RS still have the 1 share
