@MoiraDeemingMP It may need some additional resourcing (especially upon implementation), but I agree with what you're looking to achieve in principle and I do think that sort of transparency is needed to make sure delegates take value for money considerations more seriously.

@MoiraDeemingMP I'm not aware of how things work in the UK or if they have an equivalent Privacy Act - but from my work on Cth contracts, I do know that to adapt to that sort of process will require quite a bit of effort, given the volume of contracts each agency has. Ideal - but difficult.

@MoiraDeemingMP Makes sense, but is it administratively workable? Gov contracts have confidentiality provisions specific to each agreement... to go through each and every one to publish and redact information doesn't make sense to me.
