The Corrections Minister says she has visited just one prison once since becoming an MP.

Oranga Tamariki officials say she has never visited a youth justice facility, or asked to visit one.

She might be telling the truth - that one visit to a prison in the last 2.5 years might be 65% of her work in this parliament.

Te Pāti Māori MP’s are electorate MP’s but don’t have electorate offices, and instead appear to rely on social media to create the perception that they’re doing something.

They get additional parliamentary funding to service a large electorate, funding to set up and run electorate offices and hire support staff to serve their constituents, but have chosen not to do that.

By way of comparison, in my electorate which is a large general electorate, I run three electorate offices to help serve my constituents.

It took an 10 year investigation with the NCA to finally get them to court and go to trial, all 5 was found guilty on all charges against me this was for the sexual assaults, rape and trafficking me around England.

They was found guilty in 2024 with sentencing ranging from 6 years to 25 years for the abuse they inflicted upon me.

The NCA said in their statement this was some of the most horrific and worse abuse they have investigated since the investigation started.

2 years later I’ve got a letter saying that their prison sentences could be cut by 33% and have early release!!!! How is that possible how can they do that to us survivors it’s like been let down all over again !!!

The Labour Party are happy to let some of the most dangerous monsters back on to our streets to further abuse more children!!!

I can’t make sense of it all that hard work and determination to get justice for it to be laughed at when in reality us survivors have the real sentence it’s a lifetime sentence and it’s not fair !!!
