I despair at the righterati going after Burnham as 'Dave Brent'. 1) They're trying to outdo the left in gutter politics, going for the man not the ball; 2) Burnham's very relatable, lot's of scouse charm. Joe public will rightly look on it as petty and pathetic portraying him as Dave Brent.
