@TheOfficialSBI I visited branch 3 times leaving my work and dropped a mail as well and called to the phone and no one picks it. I wonder why they have a phone and email if no one answers it.

SBIN0016223 I have requested for a mobile number change and conversion of joint account to individual of my mother's and I submitted all the necessary documents for the same it's been more than a month and I see the work is not done yet.
