Parlamentul European adopta legea MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets), astfel UE devenind prima juristictie la nivel mondial care creaza un cadru reglementat asupra industriei.

Franta este una dintre cele mai deschise tari de la nivelul blocului celor 27 de membri UE, in ceea ce priveste atragerea proiectelor blockchain.

Conferinta Elrond de la Paris a aratat si ea deschiderea autoritatilor franceze si romane asupra industriei.

In Romania, Institutul National de Cercetare si Dezvoltare in Informatica creaza o platforma de servicii descentralizate cu un sistem de tranzactionare prin NFTs (ICI Decentralized Services).

=> exista un potential de adoptie a proiectului la nivel european avand in vedere cadrul legal format, deschiderea autoritatilor catre domeniul crypto, numarul mare de utilizatori in Romania, Franta si alte tari europene; cu un marketing tintit catre spatiul comunitar si extracomunitar, care sa duca MultiversX in atentia mediului de business si al utilizatorilor de la nivel international, proiectul ar putea avea succes (conditie: sa treaca cu succes de bear market si sa continue dezvoltarea).
