Tonight’s dinner. Zucchini from the garden layered with @KiteHillFoods ricotta mixed with sautéed garlic, onion and mushrooms, bacon, and red sauce. Topped half with mozzarella and half with dairy free chao cheese and fresh basil from the garden.

‘Twas Herman Miller’s fantastic designer, Robert Prost who invented them as a way to give the workspace more freedom and allow larger areas for employees. After other companies saw them, they utilized the design to cram as many employees in one office space as possible.

If you are ever in need of a new office chair, I always recommend Herman Miller.
