@PatMcAfeeShow Judge Robinson’s decision is a decision, not a suggestion, but there are two caveats: 1) if either side appeals, the appeal is heard by Goodell who can raise or lower the punishment. 2) if Robinson gives no punishment, there is no appeal and Goodell can’t touch it.
