@StephanFrost Understand that when they don’t do what you ask it’s not because they didn’t hear you. It’s probably because of executive dysfunction. And to have compassion for that instead of more yelling.

@mentallynotill Keep trying what works. Some systems will help some of the time. That’s all we can hope for. These work for me. They may work for you. Happy to brainstorm with you if you’d like.

@mentallynotill I have multiple scheduled walks with friends during lunch break. They are often canceled but I often go on those walks.
