@LSPARKGlobal A9 My advisor has been instrumental in getting me to where I am today. Trusted friends and mentors have help immensely too. I'm so fortunate to have people I can pick up the phone and talk to when I need help. #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A8 2/2 Professionally - In my previous jobs, I've seen and experienced things that didn't sit well with me. I didn't feel like I was in a place where I could comment or speak up about what I was seeing. It negatively affected my mental health. I'll never do that again. #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A8 1/2 Personally: I've missed out on lots of my kid's school functions & achievements - I don't think I even met my son's grade 2 teacher ever b/c I was too busy at the time.
They still bring up that "I was never around" while I did my MBA #momguilt #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@lathib Love this!

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A7 Ask for help when you need it - don't be embarrassed or afraid. No one is good at everything, so recognize your strengths and where you need support then go find people to augment your strengths. #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A6 I exercise every day; try to go for a walk every evening; and, make sure to have some quiet time with no phone, podcasts, or music. With so much going on in my house, especially right now, I need the silence to stay sane. #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A5 No, but I probably should, even to help myself recognize what I've accomplished in my lifetime #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A4 Not listening to my gut about how things should be done from the start and allowing the "more experienced" men to steer the ship right into an iceberg! I now believe in my abilities more and won't let that happen ever again! #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A3 I successfully completed my MBA while working full-time with 4 children under the age of 13, going through a custody battle, and travelling often for work. Then, starting this company a year later! #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A2 All the time! Speaking to my advisor. Keeping up with market trends to be informed. Personal development has helped me realize I’m not alone in feeling this way. We need to have a good community around us to support our growth, both professionally and personally. #SaaSChats

[ThePowerCollective @PowerCollective]

@LSPARKGlobal A1 Although I don’t have a tech background, I’ve always been interested in renewable energy and the technology side of business. I love it because there’s always something new to learn and it keeps me on my toes! #SaaSChats
