@virginmedia whole village internet down and can’t speak to a human. How can this be sorted please? Website says no current issues in our area when there clearly is and an engineer is needed asap.

@virginmedia It’s gone on there now, but can you tell us anything about the fix? Been out for 20 minutes but the whole village has reported the same. It’s currently saying estimated fix tomorrow at 16.11 which isn’t acceptable.
