We know we mustn’t rest on our laurels after the deferral. We'll be working with Poynton Town Council on how to reach an outcome that achieves both the flood safety requirements (an obligation for Cheshire East Council) & maintain the Poynton pool wildlife haven that we love

Our lawyers have sent this letter to each member of the Cheshire East Council Strategic Planning Board, Paul Wakefield & Rob Polkinghorne. The letter asks for the Poynton Pool planning application to be removed from Wednesday's SPB meeting
