Have you ever written down how you spend your hours in your week? It's a great exercise that always yields lots of shock with lots of , "I didn't realize..." How you spend your time is a choice, just make sure you are making that choice. #productivity
Given these times of economic uncertainty, be clear on success metrics such as what each team should be producing by the end of a week, month, or in a project. Make success or failure not about feelings, but rather metrics and it is a much easier conversation. #success
