⚠️ Notice regarding RTC impersonators on Discord & Roblox

We are aware of an individual impersonating the RTC using a fake Discord server (.gg/robloxrtc) to compromise Roblox accounts. This server has over 6,000 members, is fully boosted, and owned by someone operating as "Grace" (@gracexoxos on Discord). This individual has no affiliation with RTC or any of its staff, and is using our name and brand to compromise Roblox accounts in their Discord server through a bot impersonating RoVer. Their bot includes a fake verification procedure which simply compromises Roblox accounts. Additionally, on Roblox, they have purchased a verification checkmark to appear more legitimate, as seen on their profile: https://t.co/v3vTJBDk7V. Our official Discord server does not have a vanity URL, and isn't boosted as of writing this statement.

I've emailed Roblox numerous amount of times with no actual help and generic responses stating I should clear my cookies when my game had been in the shadow ban for long periods. This killed my game and removed me from Sorts.

@SeraBLOX @Neatz0 @asimo3089 @Roblox For example, my game had over 3000 players concurrent at once without an ad, just like that boom my game dropper out of all searches, no warnings.

I've had this happen to me so much time my game has only 40 players now... I was once in the Obby sort... Was dropped out.

I am a fulltime dev on here on which I am extremely reliant on this platform, My obby has also been shadowbanned MULTIPLE times, everytime I message Roblox they say, "They've been made aware" and what not. Can you assist at all?
