1. Asked me to come down to collect the order
2. When he finally came up asked me for 300 rupees to be given to him on the side
3. Was so drunk out of his mind that it took him forever to get into the lift & shut it. Its on CCTV
4. Your agent telling me that strict action will be taken against him is not enough
5. What about me, my discomfort, & my old parents who are super worried that such a drunk/ confused/ unprofessional n scary experience can happen with a delivery partner who knows where we stay
@StanChart how difficult is it to get a number of an RM to call you when you cannot log into your own account to pay GST? And I am getting a notice from my GST officer just because your team cannot share a number, does not have any SOPs on escalation and no direct LOC
And the loan is still not processed because now your team needs more documents but I have to FORCEFULLY STILL PAY THE NEXT ROUND OF EMI ON THE 31st of Jan???? Ridiculous. POC is Vithoba and Ashwini from your team
@StanChart hi! Can you explain how.. I get a home loan approval for an amount which your team confirms is approved, then the home loan does not hit my account at all and your team has started forcing me to start paying EMI on it. It has been 20 days since the EMI deduction

@AmazonHelp I am told he will come back, nothing happens. Then I am told again he will be back. Then I am told your team will reschedule for me for a time as per my convenience. Then today I am told that the guy won’t come tomorrow because you guys can’t reschedule anyway!!!!
@AmazonHelp Assembly orders don’t get booked. I get informed that there might have been a technical glitch. Second time around your vendor can’t wait for 20 mins for me to get home when we are in the time allotted bracket.
