On 3rd July, it came to our division Muzaffarpur and on 4th July my SO who is KANTI should have come there, but instead of coming there, it returned and now it has reached the same place from where it had started and is again in Delhi. @JM_Scindia

@IndiaPostOffice It does not take 1 month for a parcel to be delivered, if it does not reach Kabilpur BO of Kanti SO in Muzaffarpur region of Bihar circle within 3 days, then I will write a letter to RTI and CPMG. @IndiaPostOffice
