And the mistranslations are not accidents.

7 days. Hours wasted waiting in government offices. Multiple letters submitted and receivings taken. And today, our Ramdoots completed Phase 2 of cleaning Sabalpur Baoli — with no direct support reaching the ground.

On 25 August, our team went to the DM office and waited nearly 5 hours just to submit our letter and get a receiving.

We could not meet Kundan Kumar, IAS, District Magistrate, Patna (@ias_kundan) that day.

We then met the local Pramukh and Up-Pramukh. They appreciated the work, assured local support and discussed equipment for Phase 2.

We went back expecting some help.

Nothing reached the site.

On 27 August, our Ramdoots returned to the DM office and waited another 3–4 hours. The DM was unavailable.

We then approached the Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali Mission, where the project was appreciated and its heritage importance was understood. We were directed towards the concerned officials.

We also met Dr. Ramanand Yadav, MLA, Fatuha (@drramanandydvmla).

We were told about local occupation and disputed land issues and how complicated the matter could be. After hearing us, we were still told to continue cleaning, and a local contact was given for ground-level help.

So our Ramdoots went back to work.

They kept cleaning while we kept looking for support.

On 29 August, our team reached the DDC office and waited from 10 AM to 2 PM — another 4 hours gone.

We couldn’t meet Shubham Kumar, IAS, Deputy Development Commissioner, Patna personally.

After a phone conversation, an official was sent to collect our letter through WhatsApp and we received the acknowledgement.

Then we went to Md. Rashid Alam, District Panchayati Raj Officer, Patna (@rashid_alam_9891).

The project was appreciated, the letter was submitted and receiving taken.

We were later told at the DM office that the matter had already been discussed with local representatives.

But our team had still not actually had the opportunity to explain the project directly to the DM — the work already done, the condition of the Baoli, our plan and the support we need.

And today, Phase 2 is complete.

No government team came.
No equipment reached the site.
No machinery came.

Our Ramdoots did whatever they could, with whatever they had.

This is what is frustrating: everyone supports the work in words, but when actual support is needed on the ground, we are sent from one office to another.

We are not asking the government to do the work for us.

We can clean the surroundings. We can contribute our time and labour. But cleaning the inside of the Baoli, removing water and debris, and taking the restoration forward requires equipment, manpower and proper technical support.

Till today, no direct support has reached us from the administration.

We are asking people to stand with our Ramdoots.

Please share this, tag the concerned authorities and help create pressure so that actual government support reaches the ground.

Now we need the system to show up too.

The most common mistake in modern spiritual talk:

• Bhakti is for the heart.
• Jñāna is for the head.

Two separate paths. Two separate people. Two separate goals.

The Śrauta-Smārta paramparā has never taught this division.

The one who truly loves does not stop knowing.

In the end, the lover and the knower become indistinguishable.

It has existed since before philosophy had a name.

You have been told the universe is meaningless.

Camus said it. Sartre said it. Every philosophy professor in every Western university has been saying it for almost a hundred years.

It is the dominant philosophy of your generation.

And it does not work.

You are not a meaning-making animal in a meaningless universe.

You are the awareness in which the universe and the meaning-making both appear.

Older than philosophy.

The diagnosis at the centre of an entire civilisation.
