@aaichnairport@AAI_Official The Chennai airport is a terrible advertisement for the wonderful city of Chennai. The parking is miles away, the fast tag readers don't work. How is this an idea of progressive India ? Surely it can be better
@aaichnairport Deliver vans like this drive the wrong way on one way the arrivals road outside airport terminal. Very dangerous given number of people crossing and walking there as that exit. Can you enforce rules pl @chennaicorp
@NHAI_Official The signage on NH 332A Chennai to Pondicherry is quite poor. Unclear as you what parts of the dual carriageway are open and not. Better signage would help motorists. @nitin_gadkari
KKR fans will be pleased to know that the last time MI won their first game, Gautam Gambhir led the Knight Riders to their very first title. All the way back in 2012!
@MtcChennai the bus driver of TN 01 AN 4495 jumped a red light at chamiers rod x greenways road junction and almost caused a serious accident just now. Pl provide better training
Seeing the pictures of a large number of wheelchair passengers on international flights, perhaps an opportunity for a paid facilitation service that guides these people who are not disabled but need guidance through the airport? Can be done in groups @airindia
Went past a school today where the school mini buses had taken up half the road. Yesterday, on a residential street, cars that had no parking in the apartment buildings were parked on the road. Should there not be a few for using public space like this ?

Every now and then there is an article in the newspapers about the โnewโ rules and regulations to be followed at Cubbon park . This time it says no food, no photo shoots/reels, no playing frisbee, no gatherings more than 20 people.
Who makes these rules ?.
I understand that some of these are causing irritation to other people in the park . The reason for ban of these apparently is that it causes a threat to the ecosystem.
Are there ways this can be handled ?. Do parks worldwide ban all of these ?. Has Bengaluru park goers become more unruly in the last few decades ?.
Like for example food, I guess dustbins all around , more signboards with maybe even a dedicated area where picnics can be enjoyed.
Should we not be training our children how to enjoy a picnic ?. Take a nice picnic basket, spread your chaape/bedsheets , enjoy a leisurely Sunday reading a book while sipping your coffee or just tree and people watching..
Can there again be dedicated spots where photo shoots can happen ? And donโt know if itโs a challenge because it is happening all over the park ? Are people insensitive to use up large amount of spaces ?
Is this what happens worldwide ? Are a lot of these things banned in a Hyde park or Central Park ? Do they manage it better or is it a community which is better which just follows the rules ?. Throw garbage into a dustbin or carry it back with you ? Respect other peoples privacy โฆ
Shouldnโt that be our ambition, to let people enjoy this beautiful lung space right in the middle of the city ? Not many cities can boast of this greenery and biodiversity isnโt it ? . Will this generation not have the joy we once had as kids?. Spend a beautiful Sunday morning in a green space , run around , eat cakes, drink Rasna ,read a Hardy boys, BE HAPPY right in the middle of the city .
Are we making them adults who would be happier in an AC mall and don't understand the diversity of the trees , flowers , birds around us ?
Agree that all public spaces need discipline of keeping them clean for the whole city , not be a nuisance to a certain set of people.
Is Banning the best way forward ?. Can we do something different ? #Bengaluru #cubbonpark #parks #Greenery #joysoflife
