@airindiain 3/3 stating we will miss the flight is we don’t pay. Is this how you extort money from your passengers? Such shame.. it’s nothing but daylight robbery. My e-ticket no. For the complete journey is as follows 0742433684480-81. I showed the ticket issued by Klm as well!!

@airindiain 2/3 even after telling so much that this is an intl travel they were not ready to listen.we were 3 passengers each had 12 kg allowance and they made us wait till the last minute and when it was time for boarding closure they forced us to pay

@airindiain I travelled on jan 11 from Chennai to Brussels via KLM. Domestic leg was covered by airindia. KLM ALLOWED ME 12kg cabin with no check in. Airindia staff at Chennai made me pay INR 6500 stating they allow only 8kg cabin.1/3
