SEEKING ATTENTION TO A SEXTORTION GANG THAT HAS ALREADY CLAIMED A LIFE

A court in Delhi has initiated Perjury proceedings against a woman called Neha Mohan for lying on oath and filing a #falserape case against a man. She did this in order to extort money from him but he fought back and today a case has been filed against her.

In a brilliant judgment passed by Additional Sessions Judge Anuj Agarwal, he observed that the case filed by this woman was totally unbelievable, full of contradictions & that she lied on oath. He also observed how it is not appropriate to just acquit a man from such a false case but punish a complainant who abuses the law. He said doing equal justice means hearing the complainant but also attending to unheard cries of a man who has not committed the crime he is accused of

What is shocking is that this woman Neha Mohan & a man, her so called Boss Jitender Dhankar alias Jeetu who became a witness in this case are both accused in an extortion and abetment to suicide case where they both trapped another man in similar manner but he died by suicide leaving a note against them

Just a Perjury proceeding is not enough for such people. They should be sent to jail for life. They have already claimed one life God knows how many more they will

Kudos to Advocate Manisha Parmar for fighting for this man.

If anyone knows these two people please share their photo with me. I want to expose them to the world.

Also, @DGPHaryana & @CPDelhi @DelhiPolice should constitute an SIT to find out how many more such cases this gang has filed & initiate strictest criminal proceedings against them

One more shocking case of Male Suicide from Agra showing the apathy of the Police and the power of the social Media.
26 years old Jitendra Kumar aka Bunty Baghel from Achnera in Agra ended his life because of nurture and extortion by his GF Neeru and her family. Irony is that he committed suicide on 16th february but Police refused to lodge even a case because the one who died was a poor son of a resourceless family.
But after #ManavSharmasuicide case even the suicide video of Jitendra became viral and Police took cognisance of the matter and lodged a case.

40 years old Abhishek Singh from Ghazipur in UP ended his life inside a lodge in Mangaluru. In a 30 minutes long video posted by him before ending his life he alleged that a woman named Monika Sihag who is posted as an Assistant Commanded with CISF in Ahmedabad cheated him in the name of Marriage and extorted around 10-15 lakhs from him.
Abhishek was working in a private company in Chennai and he was in Mangaluru to attend an exhibition. He alleged that Monika was married and having a child but she concealed this from him and continued an affair with him pretending to be single and willing to marry him.
Everyday dozens of Men are ending their life because of Gender Biased Anti Male Laws of the country but our Govt and Judiciary are least bothered. How long will this continue?
