Basically Samsung does not take any responsibility of their repair done. They will charge you for service even if the same issue comes again within 3 months. Its Unethical business and poor way of providing service to existing custoemrs.

Samsung says 3 mnths warranty only for part, not for service.Service charge Rs 708. They'll replace Rs 250 part bt charge Rs 708 service. If some item is to be replaced within 3 month of part warranty, it should be totally free. If u r charging service, how is that free overall ?

Judicial Acknowledgment Without Justice

▪️In the last two years, the Supreme Court of India has repeatedly flagged the rampant misuse of Section 498A IPC.

▪️In at least 10 significant judgments, the apex court has acknowledged how this law has often been weaponized in matrimonial disputes to harass and intimidate men and their families.

▪️Despite observing the blatant misuse and expressing concern over the increasing trend of false accusations, the Court has not laid down any binding precedent or corrective framework to curb this misuse effectively.

▪️This judicial inconsistency has created a frustrating paradox — while the Court’s observations offer momentary hope to affected men, the lack of actionable reforms or concrete legal safeguards means the status quo remains unchanged.

▪️Men continue to face arrest, humiliation, and prolonged legal battles under false 498A charges, often without any consequences for the accusers.

▪️What’s more concerning is that even in clear cases where the wife was found to have filed a false complaint purely to wreck personal vengeance, Supreme Court did not impose any cost or initiate perjury proceedings.

▪️This lack of accountability emboldens malicious litigants and leaves falsely accused men and their families to suffer years of trauma, social stigma, and legal harassment without any recourse.
