@PMCPune We (Nyati Elysia CHS, Kharadi, Pune) have submitted a complaint letter (via our Lawyer) to your office on 13th Jan 2025, highlighting how its 3k+ residents are left orphaned by PMC by not supplying even a single drop of water via the existing PMC pipelines. Any update ?

Despite adequate rains and submitting all necessary applications, Nyati Elysia society in Kharadi has had no PMC water supply for the past 5 days. This is unfair to the 1000+ residents.

Very poor experience on resolving very small thing. Below Complaint Case closed with No Resolution.

Dear Customer, your case 448984803 was resolved on 02-06-2024.

It seems No use of raising Complaints!

Request you to update your software for name matching process while updating mobile number. In old RC Book names printed with surname first and in Aadhar First Name and then Surname. So your software says 25% name match. Kindly rectify this please 🙏

@Airtel_Presence I know request has been raised after 8-10 calls and answering same questions again and again on those call. Very frustrating. Even after disconnecting why I am getting calls and asking if you to use connection then we can send you device back. Why? Check your system logs for call

Hi, I just want to disconnect my Airtel broadband (02014220997_wifi) and for this till now I have received almost 10-15 calls and still continue. What kind of harassing service is this? Such a pathetic service for such small disconnection request.

Despite paying high property tax and having adequate pmc lines, we are hardly getting 25% of water which is daily creating water crisis here.
