Our students are now well into their 2nd week of training here at MAT Kosovo. After an intensive start in the classroom, they’re now putting their theoretical knowledge into practice through hands-on exercises under the guidance of our experienced instructors
their efforts made for local communities.
What started as a Guernsey-based charity responding to the aftermath of conflict became an organisation defined by dedication, expertise, and courage; foundations that continue to shape MAT Kosovo today.

By 2005, the Mines Awareness Trust had already proven the life-saving impact of its work in Kosovo. Focused education initiatives in the most high-risk areas brought casualty numbers down from 20 - 30 people each month to almost zero,+
