@depression2019 Huberman recommends laying off coffee for 90 minutes after you wake. I think it has to do with keeping adenosine levels synced to circadian rhythm. Caffeine acts as antagonist to the adenosine receptor which makes us drowsy. Coffee delay also lets cortisol peak later in the day
