You have a kid playing sports? Listen to this. You've ever fallen on your face? Listen to this. Ever failed? Listen to this. Insane respect for Bryce in the way he framed this. It needs to be heard. https://t.co/XV812nLoqD

Let’s pretend you’re the Marshall coach.
What would you advise your CB & keeper do differently the next time this long ball is played in?
Let’s hear from you!
A little Monday morning analysis

A very simple, but excellent clip here of Man City practicing Sub-Principles (Defensive Line Principles) from their Game Model.
Not everything has to reinvent the wheel.
Notice the full back looking down the line to adjust its height.
Look at the age-old principles of play: pressure, cover and balance.
Observe advancing and retreating as a line (protecting the space in front or protecting the space behind) to avoid gaps in between line or between players in lines.
Identical to the #KingKnightEd sub-principles for the Defensive Line.
Jesse Marsch recently appeared on Sky Sports, where he explained the Red Bull methodology and how he attempted to incorporate it into his training methods.
We have created an animation to showcase one of Marsch's preferred training exercises, which incorporates Red Bull's language and concepts.
