Unfortunately, this morning my "No Jab No Pay" Repeal Bill was voted down by the Senate with only Senators @PaulineHansonOz, @MRobertsQLD, @SenatorTWhitten, @senatorbabet, @SenatorSeanBell and myself voting in support.

It’s my view that it is fundamentally wrong to tie childcare payments to vaccination status.

Australian parents are entitled to object on medical or other grounds.

WE NEED TO REFORM OUR FEDERATION.

Our State Governments are going broke and no one wants to address why.

If we don’t sort this out the state of our country will continue to deteriorate.

I said as much when I gave my maiden speech and it has only gotten worse.

You’ve really got to ask why Australia, a country of 25 million people, has nine growing health bureaucracies while maternity wards are being closed in my home state of Queensland.

Our Constitution was designed to hold government to account by the people, yet 120 years of compromise has rendered it ineffective. It is time for COAG to hold a constitutional convention to clearly define and separate these responsibilities, with proposed changes put to a referendum. The blame game needs to end.

Australians deserve accountability.
People pay taxes in return for essential services, not more regulation. They expect governments to build infrastructure, not sell it. Despite this, governments have privatised much of the infrastructure that delivers those services. At the same time, they have marched into the family home, the bedroom and the classroom, telling people how to live their lives, parents how to raise their children and owners how to run their businesses.

The jackboot of bureaucracy is suffocating everyday choices, the very thing liberal democratic governments are meant to defend. Is it any wonder that people are cynical about governments when they walk away from providing services while imposing more regulation?

Foreign owners, superannuation funds and corporations aren’t elected, so how are they held accountable to the Australian people if they fail to provide essential services? They aren’t. As such, privatisation undermines accountability, the bedrock of democracy.”

Did you know that when governments sell our Infrastructure they often sign away the right to build new Infrastructure without having to pay compensation to the corporations who bought our infrastructure.

This is just another example of how our governments have sold us out.

“In Australia, strict "no-compete" clauses that explicitly ban governments from building things are legal limitations on sovereign power.

Instead, agreements utilize Material Adverse Effect (MAE) or Competing Infrastructure clauses. These clauses require state governments to pay steep financial compensation if a new public project reduces the private operator's revenue.

Major privatized assets and long-term public-private partnerships (PPPs) that feature these protective financial mechanisms include toll roads, ports and airports.

Toll roads are the most common assets protected by compensation clauses. If a state government builds a free, high-capacity parallel road that bleeds traffic from the tolled asset, it triggers an MAE claim.

The landmark Kennett-era concession deed famously included an MAE clause. This clause long complicated Victoria's regional transport planning because it protected the operator against state-built projects that diverted traffic.”

Justice is yet to be delivered here in Australia.

There was a lot of chatter last week regarding Anthony Fauci and his involvement in the cover up around the origins of Covid.

But the cover up went much further than Fauci’s immediate circle of evil clowns.

Here in Australia, the TGA knowingly covered up the death of a 52 year old man who died from the Pfizer vaccine in July 21. Despite being sent an autopsy report by a coroner in NSW that ruled death by the Pfizer vaccine, the TGA failed to report this case to the public.

Not only did they fail to report the death, the TGA continued to tell people the Pfizer jab was safe and effective.

Because the rollout of the TGA was on an emergency basis the TGA had an obligation to monitor the rollout for side effects and then act on key safety signals.

The TGA failed to warn the public that death could be a side effect of the vaccine. It begs the question as to how many other deaths from the jab went unreported?

What is so significant about this case however is that there is no greater authority on causation than the coroner.

While the TGA could dismiss my questions in estimates as being wrong or misleading, the Coroner was the expert.

What the TGA did in ignoring his determination was negligence pure and simple.

Negligence that could be argued was industrial manslaughter because this death occurred early in the vaccine rollout.

Had the TGA made people aware of the risks of the vaccine many injuries and deaths could have been prevented.

The head of the TGA John Skerritt and his colleagues in various Health Departments should be charged for this cover up.

Seeing justice and compensation for the thousands of people who had their lives destroyed by the Covid vaccines is something that needs to happen as soon as possible.

This is an excellent take on the release of the files by Tulsi Gabbard well worth reading.

While I still applaud her for doing it - she should have done it earlier so Fauci could be charged.

The reason she didn’t was because it would have incriminated the Intelligence agencies who were behind Covid all along.

Just like the Pretorian guard brought the Roman Empire to its knees, the Janissaries brought the Ottoman Empire to their knees and the Mandarins brought various Chinese empires to their knees, Intelligence Agencies are destroying the West.

Our own ASIO helped cover up the source of Covid by protecting 1) Edward Holmes, an Australian Scientist who wrote a paper covering up the true origins of Covid and 2) the TGA and John Skerritt who covered up Vaccine Injuries at the the request of ASIO and ASIS.

If I ever get into a position to do it, I will gut the Intelligence Assets who orchestrated and covered up the murder and injuries of thousands of Australians by putting them behind along with Holmes, Skerritt, Hunt and others.
