There is no proper customer care support from @HDFC_Bank to close the credit card unable to speak customer care directly. That voice bot is completely useless and a waste of time.
These 4 made their political careers by abusing, villifying and lying abt PM @narendramodi ji.
3 of them @pinarayivijayan , @MamataOfficial , @mkstalin hv been despatched by people of their states and 1 party hopper @siddaramaiah finished off by his own Cong party.
Goodbye and Good Riddance
That is way, the cookie of corrupt, opportunistic politics crumbles 🤘🏻👍🏻

Tiruvannamalai is now a flourishing spiritual place. The crowd is becoming on par with Tirupathi.
More than three decades ago, during my college days, some times alone and some times with friends, monthly visit to Tiruvannamalai and girivalam was a routine.
There used to be almost no crowd during normal days. Remember sitting in Annamalair's sannidhi for long time without any disturbance.
No roads or lights in the girivalam path. Walking without slippers for such a long distance on a muddy roads with stones was no easy task.
It was difficult to gather money even for to and fro bus fare, which itself was a very small amount. There were no big hotels, only few lodges. Even those were beyond affordability. So temple was the place to sleep and take rest. Food was taken care by free food offered by Ramana Ashramam.
Just needed a reason to visit Tiruvannamalai. So if it is Sivarathiri, night was spent in Annamalaiyar temple and girivalam.
Going to Tiruvannamalai was a routine event in my life then, last count as to how many times I would have done Girivalam. If it's a two days stay, then 2 times girivalam. Both the body and devotion was strong.
Now rarely visit Tiruvannamalai. Crowd is so huge. Very difficult to manage for me.
So living in memories of the past.
Dear @narendramodi ji,
When Crude was at its Lowest, we paid ₹100+ for Petrol for years together.
Once the war is over, do not forget us. Ensure that petrol price comes back to ₹90 to ₹100 eventually.
Don't wait for next election please 🙏🙏

Well done, Arjun. ❤️
Proud of the way you’ve carried yourself through this season, always believing in your ability, staying patient, working hard quietly, and remaining positive despite having to wait for your opportunity till the very last match.
Cricket tests patience as much as skill, and you handled both beautifully today.
Keep your feet on the ground, and continue being in love with the game like you always have.
Love you always.👏
Along with the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, all State Governments—irrespective of political parties—should provide adequate subsidies and actively promote solar energy adoption.

Nandini’s Chakli, Kodbale, and other snacks are outstanding—better than many branded alternatives. With Karnataka producing both milk and cocoa, Nandini has a great opportunity to launch chocolates, support local farmers, and give tough competition to brands like Cadbury #Nandini
I talked to the manager of a resort where I stayed. He shared an interesting idea with me and said, “If you have some money to invest, buy land far from the city, maybe around 2 hours away, and start a small nature homestay.” It actually seems like a nice and profitable business.
Initial Setup:
1 acre of land in a rural area: ~₹15 lakh
2 nice cottages with furniture: ~₹7 lakh
Kitchen setup + fencing + WiFi: ~₹2 lakh
Total Investment: ~₹24 lakh
You can also set up a small organic farm on part of the land, since nature attracts tourists even more. Initially, you will need to put in some hard work to reduce costs.
Monthly Expenses:
1 helper/cook salary: ~₹20k
Electricity: ~₹4k
Food supplies: ~₹10k (plus you can grow some food on your own land)
Maintenance/internet/miscellaneous: ~₹5k
Total: ~₹40k/month
Income:
~₹3500/night for 2 people
~₹2000 for 3 meals for 2 people
~40% occupancy initially
~₹16 lakh yearly revenue from 2 cottages
Extra Income:
You can also sell vegetables and fruits to guests at premium prices, generating around ~₹1.5 lakh/year.
Estimated Profit: ~₹12.5 lakh/year
The profit may look small initially, but if you provide good service, do some clever marketing, and people start liking the place, you can increase occupancy from 40% to 75% quite easily.
At that point, your yearly profit could jump to around ~₹25 lakh.
These days, simple rural homestays attract more people than concrete hotels. Within 2 years, you can recover all your initial investment and start making around ₹2 lakh per month.
Add more cottages for more profit.
Service is the most important part of this business. A bad experience can destroy your business very quickly, while a good experience can bring double returns through repeat customers and word-of-mouth marketing.
Look at what happens when temple trusts remain independent:
Sri Sharada Peetham in Sringeri just inaugurated a new IPD block at Sri Sharada Dhanvantari Ayurveda Hospital, with rooms named after Maharishis. This is true culture in action: devotion flowing into public welfare.
But most of our temples and trusts are chained under government control. Their potential to serve society is stifled.
Secularism throttles!
Install rooftop solar.
Get up to ₹78,000 subsidy under PM Surya Ghar.
Pair it with an EV.
Charge at home.
Reduce dependence on petrol/diesel.
Save lakhs over time.
What's stopping you?
142 govt schools shut in Uttara Kannada over 17 years
Kannada-medium schools that were once the solitary educational institutions in small idyllic villages in Karwar and Joida taluks are among those that have had to be closed down owing to parents’ shifting priorities.
While 31 schools in Karwar taluk, which borders Goa, have shut down, the shutters have come down on 14 schools in Joida.

Congratulations Bro @imrajmohan for becoming School Education Minister.
You will be handling single largest budget of state government worth ₹40,000 crores/year and responsible for the education of more than 50 lakh kids.
Why you waited 15 years to complete a graduation ? 12th passed out in 2003 and graduation only 2018.
I would like to know where is this Indian Institute of Management & Technology in chennai ? Which university it’s affiliated to ?

Manoj Madhusudhanan took a ₹1.86 crore home loan from ICICI Bank.
As collateral, he handed over his original property documents. Every homebuyer does this. You have no choice.
ICICI Bank sent those documents to their storage facility in Hyderabad via courier. Somewhere on that journey — Bangalore to Hyderabad — the documents vanished.
Gone. Originals. Irreplaceable.
When Manoj found out, ICICI Bank had one answer: it was the courier company's fault. Not ours.
He went to the Banking Ombudsman. They told ICICI to publish a public notice about the loss and pay him ₹25,000 for the trouble.
Twenty-five thousand rupees. For losing the original documents to a ₹1.86 crore property.
Manoj sent a legal notice. ICICI denied any mistake.
He went to the NCDRC.
The apex consumer court looked at the facts. The bank had taken custody of the documents. The bank had chosen the courier. The bank could not hand that liability to a third party and walk away.
ICICI Bank — India's second-largest private bank, ₹9 lakh crore in assets — was held liable. Ordered to obtain reconstructed certified copies, issue an indemnity bond, and pay ₹25 lakh in compensation.
One loan. One lost file. One bank that blamed the courier.
Save this — if your bank loses your original property documents, they cannot blame their courier agent. The documents were in their custody. The liability is theirs. File at your district consumer forum. The law is on your side.
