Visited your Vadodara outlet to buy a laptop (Neo).

Before visiting I called and was informed that there was a special exchange offer with bonus (for our old Mac air).

1) Upon visiting the shop - they said no such deal as was mentioned on the phone.

2) They also said that the pricing on the iVenus website does not hold.

3) Nor will they honour the pricing printed and displayed at the store.

3 interactions. Each one a lie.

Couple of other potential customers at the store also mentioned similar experiences. Walked out with us.

We went to @cromaretail and got a good deal. Honest deal.

Delhivery usually does not have vehicles to deliver large items available regularly. So the product sits in their warehouse for several days gathering dust. While delhivery does not have any option to contact them.
