Historic shift coming in Bharat's tax system....from INDIVIDUAL TAX TO FAMILY TAX.

Under this:
-Combined income will be taxed together

-More efficient slab utilization as husband's income can be divided with Spouse's income even if she is homemaker. Suppose husband earns ₹15 Lakh annually. He crosses non-taxable limit of ₹12 Lakh & has to pay full tax under current system. With 'Family Tax System' this ₹15 Lakh will become tax-free considering total exemption limit as ₹24 Lakh (₹12 Lakh each for husband & spouse). So in short, Non-taxable Slab limit can be utilised even if spouse is not working.

-Basic exemption limit also likely to be raised.

-Even dual-income couples may retain separate standard deductions.

-Surcharge currently becomes applicable if Individual Income crosses ₹50 lakh. Under Joint Filing, this threshold may rise to ₹75 lakh or more.

Massive relief for upper-middle-class & high-income families while biggest
beneficiaries will be single-income families.

THIS IS MUCH BEYOND 'MASSIVE', a relief noone could have even imagined under CONgress Govt which has history of sucking people's blood with ultra high taxes (going upto 93.5% under Dictator Indira Ghandy).

If introduced, it will be BIGGEST TAX REFORM of the CENTURY!

Simple rule to get that edge -

- You trade stocks and not markets.
Your portfolio and watchlist should work, don't get carried away by Nifty and Banknifty Highs
