Why the customer will pay 20k when the phone was working fine and normal before the update. Service centre confirmed no physical damage also sent deep check report to your team. Stillnasking the customer to pay 20k..New samsung SCAM to earn money by sending update and earn 20k

Same issue for S24ultra, they are not ready to accept that it was because of Software update. Service center confirmed that there is no physical damage and they dont have any clue
