Bought my Galaxy S22 Ultra in Mar 2022 with Samsung Care+ 2yr protection. After a software update, the screen developed a green line—a known global issue.

@SamsungIndia is refusing free replacement and pushing paid repair. I’ve lost trust in Samsung products and services.

This is a known global defect, where many customers have received free replacements. But @SamsungIndia service is denying mine and insisting on paid repair.
