We requested a "Reasoned Order" for this shift, but the appeal was closed with a one-line refusal. We have now escalated this to the PMO (Grievance: PMOPG/E/2026/0076326). We aren't just asking for money; we are asking for accountability. (3/4)

Sir, the INSPIRE SHE Forms usually open in Sept-Oct. It's now Jan 2026 - 4+ month delay!
The portal is currently stuck on "2024" (see image). Please break the silence and release the forms for the 2025 batch.
