They first gave a written quotation saying they would give a subsidy if you booked today, then they said it was a mistake and they couldn't give a subsidy. Slowly they are also turning like OLA jn terms of customer service.@tarunsmehta @atherenergy

Visited Ather Solapur showroom today to book 4 scooters. Received a written quotation stating subsidy would be applicable if booked today. Later, they denied the subsidy and refused to take the booking, citing excess demand. Very disappointing and misleading experience.
