Is this the way to treat the customer .....from last one week u r staff given a hectic torture for purchasing a product from u r store.requesting to solve my problem by giving either refund or allow me to puchase any other items for that amount.

I am losing this amount due to u r staff mistake..how can I take this product as I already purchased another one. And am asking allow me to take any other groceries for that amount but for that also they r not agreeing.

Again on 11.8.24 I enquired Sai Rakesh about refund as I didn't receive any refund as assured 2 days also over .he again ask us to visit store there store manager told we will only replace the product .a lengthy discussion was done with store manager.

After that they ask us 2 days for approval of replacement , after two days on 8.8.24 they gave replacement of new one , when I asked to check this new one in store itself...this has also same problem of lock-in the jar in mixer grinder due to melt down of couplers .
