@makemytripcare @makemytrip @makemytripcare Stop giving scripted excuses! I personally checked TWICE with the airline. The SAME rescheduling was offered by the airline for ₹12,075 while you quoted ₹30,000 for the exact same change. This is clear overcharging and open customer loot. Own up!
