B2B founders think LinkedIn is all cringe until they try it and realise how much pipeline they're leaving on the table.
We have consistently used it as our #1 lead gen channel, and we’re sitting at $80k MRR.
(without a single ad.)
Here's the playbook:
1. Post from your personal profile, not the company page.
People relate to a face, not a logo. The company page builds trust, yes. But your personal profile is where the conversations actually start. Every deal I've closed traces back to a person posting, not a brand.
2. Post content people can comment to get (lead magnets.)
Each post offers free value (learned it from Hormozi). One comment is one warm lead raising their hand. A post that lands is a few hundred of them. Pull everyone who comments into a list, that's your warmest outbound audience and they came to you.
3. Run cold email into the verticals nobody touches, then pull those leads onto LinkedIn too.
Everyone emails the same SaaS founders. Those inboxes are numb. Find the ones nobody fights for, use a boring subject line, lowercase, and lower your ask: "want me to send you our playbook?" beats "can we jump on a call?" every time.
4. The second someone replies warm to the email, move them to LinkedIn the same day.
This is the whole trick. A reply is the moment, and most people waste it by waiting. Reply lands, lead drops into a LinkedIn nurture, and now I'm a face in their feed instead of a stranger in their inbox. Email gets you the yes. LinkedIn keeps the room warm until they buy.
5. Scale LinkedIn using multiple profiles.
But do it smartly. Use authentic, real profiles. Get your list, get your messaging sorted, and target intent signals relevant to your niche. Not because someone else told you to. LinkedIn caps connection requests for EVERY account, no exceptions. One account = 200-300 requests/ week, five accounts = ~1000. See the difference.
6. Layer in live buying signals on top.
People engaging with competitors. People who just changed jobs. Companies that raised. Teams hiring sales roles. A cold list tells you who fits. Signals tell you who's in the market right now. Hit those people on LinkedIn while it's hot.
7. Hit $80K MRR and tell everyone LinkedIn is "not dead", not yet.
Thank me later.
Agencies, never execute Apollo's scheduled tasks manually again.
apollo queues every sequence step as a manual task, sitting there waiting for someone to click through.
This is how we fixed it for our clients:
1/ Built an ICP discovery tool on claude code, you connect apollo's MCP to claude fable 5, it asks you a few questions about your target client, and it builds your prospect list directly inside apollo using the filter output.
2/ then: → apollo structures your list + sequence with email & linkedin steps
→ linkedin steps get queued as tasks
→ connect apollo to salesrobot via the connector we built
→ salesrobot picks up every task apollo generates and executes it
→ replies get handled, interested leads get a calendar link
Let me know if you want the ICP discovery tool, the connector setup, and our workflow end to end.
i'll DM it to you.
Here are 50+ Claude prompts for founders, B2B teams, and agencies. Steal them ↓
5 shown in full with sample outputs:
→ Full outbound campaign builder (ICP, list criteria, 5-step email sequence, LinkedIn sequence, objection responses. One chain, 30 minutes)
→ Cold lead research to first message (paste a profile or company URL, get a buyer breakdown and a personalised opener)
→ LinkedIn content to pipeline (4-step chain: experience mining, post draft, hook rewrite, lead magnet)
→ ICP stress test (Claude reads your homepage and tells you who it thinks your customer is. If it can't figure it out, neither can your buyers)
→ Client campaign brief builder (discovery call notes in, full brief out, ready to send before you start)
50+ more across 7 categories:
→ ICP and positioning
→ Cold outreach and campaigns
→ Lead research and analysis
→ LinkedIn growth and content
→ Full agent systems
→ Agency and client work
→ Cowork and batching workflows
All built and tested on Claude

I built a full LinkedIn outbound system using Claude Fable 5.
Steal this ↓
There's a founder somewhere right now copy pasting the same ol' cold message they wrote in 2022.
Fable 5 dropped yesterday and I spent 2 hours building a LinkedIn outbound system on it.
Here's how it works:
→ You start with a 10 minute ICP discovery conversation. It asks about your best current clients, digs into what triggered the buy, what a bad fit looks like, and hands you a structured profile with Apollo filters ready to apply.
→ You paste that output into Fable 5 and tell it to go into Apollo via MCP. Apollo searches, pulls matching contacts, enriches them and flags anything that looks off. No API key, no developer, 4 steps to connect.
→ Apollo runs your email steps natively. For LinkedIn, every step that becomes due hands off to SalesRobot automatically via the connector. Connection request, message, follow up executed without you touching anything.
→ Replies come back into Fable 5. It reads the tone, classifies the intent and tells you who to follow up with and who to leave alone. Before a call gets booked it checks one more time against your ICP so you stop spending 30 minutes with people who were never going to buy.
Apollo has been creating manual LinkedIn tasks and waiting for you to do them yourself since forever.
This is the fix for that
Comment “FABLE” and I'll send you the entire workflow.
