सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उस PIL को खारिज कर दिया, जिसमें यह मांग की गई थी कि भारत के Minorities स्कूलों में भी Right to Education Act (RTE) लागू किया जाए। ⚖️📚

यह PIL एक NGO द्वारा दायर की गई थी, जिस पर Supreme Court ने ₹1 लाख की पेनल्टी भी लगाई है। 💰

माननीय न्यायमूर्ति नागरत्ना और न्यायमूर्ति महादेवन की पीठ के समक्ष आया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि वह 2014 में प्रमाती एजुकेशनल एंड कल्चरल ट्रस्ट मामले में यह फैसला दे चुका है कि माइनॉरिटी स्कूलों पर RTE एक्ट लागू नहीं होगा।

🙏 नम्रतापूर्वक माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट से कुछ प्रश्न हैं —
❓ Minorities की परिभाषा कहाँ है?
❓ किस कानून के अंतर्गत माइनॉरिटी को परिभाषित किया गया है?
📘 National Minority Commission Act में भी माइनॉरिटी की कोई स्पष्ट परिभाषा नहीं है।
📄 माइनॉरिटी एजुकेशन से संबंधित 2004 के प्रावधानों में भी माइनॉरिटी की परिभाषा नहीं दी गई है।
आज तक माइनॉरिटी की पहचान करने के लिए —
❌ कोई आयोग नहीं बनाया गया
❌ कोई विशेषज्ञ समिति नहीं बनी
यह भी आज तक तय नहीं हुआ कि —
❓ माइनॉरिटी 1% होगी, 2% होगी या 3%
❓ पहचान राज्य स्तर पर होगी या राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर
❓ जिला स्तर पर पहचान होगी या नहीं
❓ माइनॉरिटी की यूनिट 100 होगी, 1000 होगी, लाख होगी या करोड़ होगी
📜 भारत के संविधान में माइनॉरिटी की कोई परिभाषा नहीं है।
⚖️ भारत के किसी भी कानून में माइनॉरिटी की स्पष्ट परिभाषा नहीं है।
इसके बावजूद —
✔️ माइनॉरिटी कमीशन चल रहा है
✔️ माइनॉरिटी अफ़र्मेटिव एक्शन चल रहा है
✔️ माइनॉरिटी के नाम पर लोन दिए जा रहे हैं
✔️ माइनॉरिटी के नाम पर छात्रवृत्तियाँ हैं
✔️ माइनॉरिटी के नाम पर स्कूल, कॉलेज और यूनिवर्सिटियाँ चल रही हैं
✔️ माइनॉरिटी के नाम पर वक़्फ़ बोर्ड चल रहा है
✔️ माइनॉरिटी के नाम पर वक़्फ़ ट्रिब्यूनल चल रहा है
लेकिन —
❌ न संविधान में माइनॉरिटी परिभाषित है
❌ न किसी कानून में माइनॉरिटी परिभाषित है
और दुख की बात यह है कि
माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट भी इस विषय को परिभाषित नहीं करना चाहता,
इस पर आना नहीं चाहता,
और इस पर चर्चा करना नहीं चाहता।

A beautiful Hindu model had been pursuing a modeling career in Delhi since 2015.

During this time, she met Wasil, a native of Sardhana, Meerut. They began communicating, and their relationship eventually turned into a romantic affair.

Wasil took her to Mumbai in 2016, promising to make her a big star. They had been living together in a live-in relationship for the past 11 years since 2016.

During this time, Wasil engaged in a sexual relationship with the woman after promising marriage. When she became pregnant in 2017 and broached the subject of marriage, the young man and his family deferred the matter, citing social reasons.

The woman alleges that, under pressure from the family, she was forced to undergo three abortions, even though she continued to receive assurances of marriage. The victim states that she spent a significant portion of her earnings approx. Rs 50-60 lakhs from modeling to support Wasil and his family over a period of nearly ten years, yet the promise of marriage was never fulfilled; she claims she was deceived.

When she went to Wasil’s home in Sardhana, she found that he was already married. When she protested, Wasil, his father Yameen, and other relatives assaulted her, behaved abusively, and threatened to kill her.

The victim claims she was pressured to renounce Hinduism and convert to Islam as a condition for the marriage to take place. When she refused to convert, the attitude of Wasil and his family changed completely. She was threatened that her private photographs and videos would be made public if she approached the police.

-Such issues are generally treated as curable technical defects, which legally permit the Returning Officer to grant time for corrections or clarification.

-Meenakshi Natarajan's case is related to the alleged non-disclosure of a legal case in her affidavit (Form-26).

-Non-disclosure of material information in an affidavit is not the same as a technical deficiency in nomination papers.

-Such defects are generally treated as defects of a substantial nature under the Representation of the People Act and can lead to immediate rejection.

-Therefore, the two cases are completely different and cannot be compared.

Crafted from wood and sheathed in copper sheets, it features two solid wheels mounted on a fixed axle and connected to a yoke by a central shaft. The wheels are embellished with striking copper triangular inlays arranged in concentric circles, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship.

Its semi-circular seat is supported by a framework of copper pipes, while the front structure rises into a distinctive canopy-like form. Excavations at Sinauli also uncovered copper weapons, shields, helmets, and other elite grave goods, underscoring the site's importance as a ceremonial and martial center.

This is the condition of the Punjab mansion of Hindu businessman Todar Mal who paid 7,800 gold coins and bought 4 yards of land from the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb to bury the bodies of the 2 young sons and mother of Guru Gobind Singh on December 13, 1705.

The Mughal faujdar Wazir Khan had ordered the two young children be bricked alive as they refused to accept Islam. When they died, their grandmother died of shock

The Mughals did not want to allow the cremation to humiliate the martyrs. They stipulated that the buyer can take only as much space as he could cover with give gold coins for the land. All the Sikh chiefs just stood helplessly

That's when Todar Mal produced the coins and bought the piece of land, and cremated the three bodies.
