I have now prepared a formal legal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act against Croma, Zip Care, and Panasonic.

@cromaretail purchased a Panasonic 1.5 Ton AC from Croma with Zip Care warranty (Order ID: SOA004363145914).

My AC has not been working (no cooling/airflow) since 29 March 2026. It has been more than 35 days, and despite multiple service visits, no resolution has been provided.
