@KTRTRS Sir a small request. Lot of ppl use to cross the road from HDFC bank begumpet to shoppers stop through prakash nagar metro station. But as metro stn is closed it is getting difficult to cross. Request you to please make some arrangement for walkers to cross the road.

And now for the past 2 months when i am recharging my account, the money is getting credited to connection 3016118845-002 which i am not using at all. Moreover, all my money has gone wasted to an account which i am not using.

My customer id is 3016118845. This id has multiple connections. An year back I asked the customer support to deactivate all the connections except for 3016118845-004. But for the last 2 months one of the connections 3016118845-002 is again active.
