When Karnataka Highcourt has put a stay on implementation of MSR 2023 , why @NMC_IND is not coming up with a notice directing medical colleges .
If MSR 2020 needs to be followed as of now, it is already sub judice
@MoHFW_INDIA@NMMTA_Assn@ThePrintIndia
@MoHFW_INDIA is requested to look into these matters & direct @NMC_IND to bring transparency in language & as well for those meetings to the masses. It is requested to @NMC_IND that please clarify the examinership issue & stand of PhD faculties via public notice. @NMMTA_Assn
Because it has been observed that some universities are withdrawing the examinership roles from PhD faculties on the pretext of Form C.
It is not public what @NMC_IND directs the Deans & universities in their private meetings.
Just speculating about some petty politics from NMC.
Did @NMC_IND bring any clarification after admitting the fact at several highcourts that those PhD faculty members who were earlier considered as examiners will remain as examiners ?
Is there any restriction in Form C that PhD faculty cannot become examiners?
NMMTA extends its gratitude to the Parliamentary Committee on Health & Family Welfare for their supportive stance regarding teachers holding medical MSc/PhD qualifications.
We reiterate our plea to cease hostilities and persecution against teachers with these qualifications.
Aligning with the committee's report, our association advocates for the reinstatement of the MCI's TEQ guidelines concerning the appointment of "non-medical" teachers.
Our commitment remains steadfast in enhancing the standards of medical education within the CBME framework. All we request is an end to hostilities and equal opportunities for employment and advancement.
We hope that @MoHFW_INDIA will assert its authority over the prejudiced and hostile NMC to ensure our safety and uphold justice. @OfficeOf_MM@mansukhmandviya@PMOIndia
As per Parliamentary report,this is high time, @NMMTA_Assn must advocate strongly & be a flag bearer for a uniform new curriculum for Medical MSc courses across India.
Requesting @NMC_IND to give the course its recognition back. Let's join hands for better medical education.
157th report on Quality of Medical Education in India addresses the Medical MSc/PhD teacher's issues.
It is nice to see the efforts from @NMMTA_Assn are heard & considered towards the betterment of Medical Education.
Thanx to @PMOIndia , @MoHFW_INDIA & supportive fraternity.
Poison though sweet can harm equally. Stop spreading poison in public gatherings. You are no one to judge our ability, knowledge & potential . @NMC_IND .
@MoHFW_INDIA it will be an utter failure if you fall for a false narrative & propaganda.
@NMMTA_Assn
When @NMC_IND cannot comment or give relief as the MSR 2020 & 2023 is subjudice, I hope @NMC_IND has informed their Assessors to not to bother /harras Medical MSc/PhD faculties during UG & PG inspections.
@PMOIndia ,@MoHFW_INDIA must take cognizance of such cases, if it happens.
@NMMTA_Assn@NMC_IND has snatched every single right of survival of MSc.medical teachers inthe system with its unnecessary guidlines,without addressing the real issues pertaining to med.ed Just creating pressure&panic among these set of teachers to run for justice inorderto thrive in system
Teachers with medical MSc/PhD qualifications working in medical colleges are the ones most affected by various forms of discrimination imposed by the regulator - the NMC.
With relentless discrimination, one can only wonder when this academic apartheid will end. How far can 'pride and prejudice' be the guiding principles for policy-making?
We urge @MoHFW_INDIA to form a separate council for us. Why are we being forced to approach courts for what can be granted by the ministry? Where is the 'antyoday' in practice that this government boasts about? Where is natural justice? How can a group of prejudiced professionals dictate policies?

If the MCI was unkind to teachers with medical MSc/PhD qualifications, the NMC has been even worse.
The practice of degree-based discrimination, also known as 'academic apartheid', has increased manyfold. The undergraduate board of the NMC has been pursuing an agenda of hate and discrimination against the so-called non-medical teachers.
Affected individuals believe these actions are driven by three factors: pride and prejudice, the provision of jobs at the expense of others and to fill the non-clinical PG seats.
