@jamesfishback@AbdulElSayed@elonmusk This is anti-american and anti-competition.we want more people more well off, and we benefit more from healthy market competition.
@tedcruz For this to make sense for the people you've identified, Republicans need to provide some kind of benefit to them. Not sure how Ted Cruz can argue they've done that.
@tedcruz 1. Green energy development brings plenty of jobs and new, decentralized businesses that yield better to small business development than big oil.
2. Tariffs and the Iran war are destroying farmers. Why would Texans think Ken Rubber-Stamp Paxton would be any better for farmers?
Good Fishback take here. This is real conservatism.
@jamesfishback what's your take on the movement in Arizona to have US senators be elected by state legislators again, instead of by public vote? I think that could help people be more focused on local and the federal government be more prone to allowing state governments to take the reins and solve their own issues more often.
@JoeyMannarino Republicans are getting cucked by Donald and the billionaire class. Literally got nothing of the promises Trump made during his campaign. That's gonna guide my vote way more than your judgement of someone else's religion.
@JoeyMannarino And if you feel like this post is about you and you're offended, good news is all you need to do for it not to be about you is to just not go out of your way to publicly be a dick.
I pity you and straight men like you, Joey Mannarino. Deep down, you know you are not exceptional, and you know the time of default straight white male control is over.
You're existentially mad because the promise of you getting things just because you're a straight white man was killed at the hands of feminism, LGBT rights, affirmative action, and DEI. You're jealous because other men are making it look easy and you're still so painfully average. You feel entitled to more.
But you're not entitled to more. Men now get to struggle to make it just like everyone else because that's what fairness and meritocracy looks like.
Trans people have a right to exist. Gay people have a right to exist as equals, despite your using gayness as a slur against men like @jamestalarico who have figured out this new world while you still haven't. Women and brown people have a right to exist and thrive not at the whim of straight white men. We've fought for equality and we're not going anywhere.
It's good you found a career where you can sling the slurs that make you feel in control again. Most other men who follow you don't have that option. At some point, you'll all realize that putting other people down does nothing for you but give you a false sense of superiority and lead you to have a consistent net negative impact on the lives of strangers. Is that really what you want?
A real man wouldn't do that. @SarahEMcBride is literally doing nothing to you. The residents of her district chose her to represent them knowing full well she was trans, and it has nothing to do with you. Grow up, be a man, get over it, and stop putting others down to make yourself feel better.
@RevengeofSpook@jamesfishback I promise you, if you adhere to this Fishback take and the situation ever presents itself, YOU will be the one who's gettin pre-got, who the other guy is shooting first. If you want that then fine, I can't stop natural selection.
@TheModerateCase You takes on guns are very all or nothing. Like, no, guns don't kill people, but people with guns kill people.
Sure we can put armed security guards at the entrance. (a) That costs money and (b) it's not a fail safe. So why wouldn't we also have reasonable gun purchase laws?
@403bluecat@RandPaul Interesting I didn't know that.
@Grok what do you know about California "shutting down all refineries and drilling, and importing all oil?
@realBrandonGill To anyone who was wondering if this guy was actually a smart politician or just a culture warrior GOP shill, we have our answer.
No, most of the issues we face are not due to immigration policy. That's just dumb.
