Within 8 months of purchase, I have submitted my #MacBook Air M1 trice at service center for trackpad issues

Everytime they ask me to agree for "part replacement." Customer Support not supportive.

Why should one invest in such costly product when you don't provide good service or resolution?

If you are in India and you want to add some extra unnecessary burden on your head then I have a suggestion.
Go and buy @Apple products. Recently their products are not up to mark.
Their 3rd Party Service Centers fail to provide you with good service.

@Rupali_Goyal @Apple That would be great. You will not have to visit @Apple Service Center every month and submit your device for around 10 days.

Buy @Dell or @HP or @Lenovo or @ASUSIndia as they also provide on-site service.

Unlike US, they don't have their own service centers in India. They only have 3rd Party Authorized Service Centers who fail to provide U good solution.
