The LMS 7th graders competed in a 4 team tournament today at Nickerson High School. Both the Girls and Boys won both games to take the title. Our girls are undefeated on the year so far and the boys are 3 pts away from the same, losing their first game. GG!!

LMS opened the Basketball season tonight hosting Garden Plain Middle School. The boys played in the PAC and the girls at LMS. Both 7th grade teams won close games and the 8th graders both dropped their opener. Greenbacks take the court again on Thursday night!! GG!!

8h grade girls took on Hoisington in the first round of bracket play an lost in two. Great year girls, your a special group, there will be other days!! Thanks Coach Bolen for your desire and love for kids!!! GG!!

LMS 8th grade VB went 1-1 in pool, beating Haven and losing to Hillsboro. Headed into bracket play now. GG!!

LMS Cross Country team traveled to Halstead today for the league meet. The 8th grade girls won the meet and 8th grade boys placed 2nd!!! Seventh graders Sidney Freeman 1st, Drake Button 5th!!! GG!!

LMS finished the Football season tonight at Zerger Field against Alva, Oklahoma. 8th and 7th grade both came away with decisive wins, finishing the season on a positive note!!! GG!!

LMS football traveled to Halstead tonight and continued to play well winning 34-10!! 7th graders continued to look good and do a lot of good things in the 5th quarter! GG!!!

LMS Cross Country continues to run well as they participated in the Sterling meet today! The 8th grade boys placed first as a team!! Individual winners were Sidney 2nd, Elin 8th, Kadyn 6th, Wyatt 7th. GG!!

LMS Volleyball traveled to Halstead today for the last league games of the season. The Dragons came ready to play and were the best team we’ve played all year. Time to rebound and get ready for postseason tournaments! GG!!!

LMS Volleyball traveled to Hoisington tonight to take on the Cardinals and Hays. 7A, 8A, and 8B all beat Hoisington but lost to Hays. GG!!

Greenback football outlasted Larned tonight with the 8th graders winning 36-22. 7th grade played well in the 5th Qt!!

LMS VB traveled to Larned tonight for League VB . Greenbacks came away with a clean sweep winning all 3 matches with the 8 th grade coming back from an early loss! GG!!

LMS Hosted Hoisington tonight at Zerger Field for two pretty good football games. 8th grade lost 36-26 and the 7th grade finished the night with another win 30-14!! GG!!

Greenbacks hosted the Cardinals from Hoisington in the SWAMP tonight. Both 7A and 8A had come from behind wins in 3 sets!!!
Our B teams combined and lost a hard fought match in 3. GG!!!

Lady Greenbacks had a tough night at Reno Valley tonight, dropping three out of four matches . The 7th grade B team is the only team to win tonight. GG!!

Greenbacks from LMS had a nice rebound from last week as they traveled to Nickerson to take on Reno Valley. 8th grade won 20-8 and the 7th grade dominated the 5th quarter!!! GG!!
