I fail to understand why travel agents are allowed to sell #VBM tickets, passengers can buy it themselves on the official AI site. This is indirectly encouraging black market & some agents are selling it for 30-40K more ! #FlyAI

As per MEA there are flights scheduled 4m Melbourne to Chennai/Hyd/Vizag.. between 8-11 Jul
We are unable to see any
flights to these cities on Airindia website,
Customer care says flights r scheduled only till Delhi, help

Registered my MIL's name for June 24th flight from Melbourne. But no news yet on whether she's shortlisted or not. We have been trying to reach @cgimelbourne and called 100s of times,no one attends the call,no response to emails,& no respect
