Media be it national or international, is right to report protests, public anger and demands for accountability. These are legitimate and essential parts of a democracy. However, sustained coverage should also reflect the broader and more complete picture of the country.

Report the protests. Question the government. Examine public grievances. Condemn violence wherever it occurs. But also give appropriate space to innovation, scientific progress, reform, sporting excellence and other developments of public importance.

In the melee of #CockroachProtests we have not noticed the spectacular failure #BJP media team including ITCell. Total inability to create a narrative to counter hateful well crafted narrative of Left Ecosystem. They didn’t go beyond memes or whataboutry.

Their attention seems to be more on stalking well-wishers who, on some occasions, also criticize BJP honestly & positively, and threatening or abusing them. Harshvardhan ji @MediaHarshVT knows this just like me.
That #Modi ji had to put in his all to retrieve the situation, even make a reel at midnight reflects poorly on BJP communication. My heart breaks. Hence this bitter post.

BJP Media seems to have no connect with the ground, no feedback mechanism obviously, and did not understand youth anger built over months, not just on NEET. NEET was the straw on their back.

People like me speak from field experience, not excel sheets or ppts. My criticism 2024 served BJP wonderfully well.

Yes, I will keep struggling for success of nationalist forces, support BJP but speak up where required. For people like me Nation comes first.

They can shadow me, threaten me or take ‘revenge - sood ke saath’ as a new age leader warned me. :-) I belong to a generation who expected nothing but soldiered on for decades before these horizontally grafted leaders were even on the scene.

युवाओं में वो दम है कि वो देश की दिशा-दशा बदल सकते हैं, पर उन्हें हम लोग गाइड तो करें।

In the Mahabharata war, Krishna did things that shocked even His own side.
Bhishma could not be defeated by the rules, so Shikhandi was placed before Arjuna’s chariot. Drona could not be stopped, so the half-truth of “Ashwatthama is dead” was spoken. Jayadratha was drawn out by veiling the sun. Karna was struck while lifting his chariot wheel. And Duryodhana fell to a mace blow below the waist, so against convention that Balarama, Krishna’s own elder brother, rose in fury and called it adharma.
Krishna’s answer was one line. Against those who have already abandoned dharma, clinging to the rulebook is not virtue. It is surrender.
The same game runs today, in reverse.

Forces that want to weaken a nation do not attack it openly.
They fuel a protest here, find a loophole there, manufacture an issue and dress it as a genuine, organic movement.
Everything looks natural. Everything looks legal. That is exactly the design. The strings sit far away, invisible.
Ordinary eyes see a rulebook being followed.
But those who actually know the game of rules can identify who is playing it.
A nation must respond the way Krishna did.

Some will cry foul, like Balarama.
Let them.

I do not agree we must see the entire sequence then condemn some one. First instigate ( this part will not be filmed). Then reaction of security forces will be filmed. Protests are being choreographed. Violence has no place in protests. Common public is suffering. There is Judiciary, civil societies and parliament to fight your case. Street violence is not the path to get your demands met. 28 lakh students gave the exam second time. Their admissions will get delayed some will get overage after their studies for their jobs. Once again fight within rules. Take official route.

किशोर प्रेम में आत्महत्या और ऑनर किलिंग बढ़ेंगी साहब !

पश्चिम बंगाल में एक 15 साल की बच्ची के साथ एक 25 साल के आदमी ने बलात्कार किया और इसको सहमती से संबंध का नाम दे दिया आज फिर माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पॉक्सो को इस तरह के मामले में ग़ैर ज़रूरी माना है।

पिछले कई वर्षों से हम लोग माननीय न्यायालय को इस तरह के केसेस में ज़मीनी सच्चाइयों से अवगत करवाते आ रहे हैं।

इस तरह का एक केस काफ़ी एडवांस स्टेज पर है और प्रभावित होने पक्षों जैसे अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति के लोग ट्रैफिकिंग के पीड़ित - पॉक्सो की पीड़िताएं और मुस्लिम भी माननीय न्यायालय में गुहार लगाने आ चुके हैं ।

संभवतः आज माननीय न्यायालय के पटल तक इस तथ्य की जानकारी नहीं पहुँच पाई है।

यदि एक समान एक मामले में इतने सारे गरीब शोषित पीड़ितों की आवाज़ सुने बग़ैर उसी तरह के दूसरे मामले में निर्णय हो जाएगा तो बहुत सारे प्रभावित पक्ष बिना सुनवाई के रह जाएँगे,बड़ा दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण काम हो जाएगा।
मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि माननीय न्यायालय आज सुने गए मामले को पुराने चल रहे मामले में सम्मिलित कर के सभी को सुनवाई का अवसर देंगे ।

भारत की अदालत दुनिया के न्याय की आत्मा है,देश की बेटियों की सुनवाई जरूर होगी ।

इस मामले में बहुत कुछ दांव पर है -यदि सहमति की आयु कम हुई तो-

१. मुस्लिम लड़कियों की शरीया के अनुसार शादी कम उम्र होगी जिससे लड़कियों का जीवन खतरे में आएगा और देश की डेमोग्राफी तेज़ी से बदलेगी।

२ ट्रैफ़िकिंग में सहमति एक ज़रिया है।

३. मज़हबी आधार पर होने वाले यौन प्रलोभन वाले धर्मांतरण को रोकना कठिन हो जाएगा।

सनातन संस्कृति प्रकृति पूजक संस्कृति है परंतु हम धीरे धीरे प्रकृति से दूर होते जा रहे हैं।
हमने अपनी नादियों को, बारिश के जल को, वृक्षों को कभी अपनी पूजा का हिस्सा नहीं बनाया। कुछ व्रत त्योहारों पर हम पवित्र नादियों मे स्नान तो करते हैं लेकिन उन्हें गंदा भी करते हैं वृक्षों पर धागे तो बांधते हैं परंतु पूरा जीवन निकल जाता है हम एक पौधा भी नहीं रोपते।
असंतुलित विकास से जंगल कटते जा रहे हैं परंतु उस हिसाब से पौधे नहीं लगाए जा रहे। वह दिन दूर नहीं है जब भारत का ग्राउंड वाटर अधिकतर शहरों में सूखता जाएगा और हम पानी के लिए भी आयात (import) पर निर्भर हो जाएँगे। 21 बड़े शहरों में ऐसी स्थिती हो चुकी है । 60 करोड़ लोग पानी की कमी से जूझ रहे हैं ।
स्थिति बहुत भयावह है।यदि प्रकृति का संरक्षण और संवर्धन न्हीं किया तो भी तो सनातन कमज़ोर होगा।
केवल मंदिर जाना, पूजा पाठ करना श्लोक बोलना , भजन क्लबिंग करने सनातन की रक्षा के लिए काफ़ी नहीं है। आइये इस सावन में महादेव की बात माने और पौधे लगाएं
