One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced from @Adani_Elec_Mum trying to constantly connect with one of your assistant. Somehow, I always end up 5th in line and after a few minutes the call is cancelled and that a callback will be arranged. It has been 5 hrs now.

Hey @TataMotors, it’s been over a month since I booked my Tata Sierra and there’s still no clarity on the delivery date. At the time of booking, I was assured delivery before the first week of March.

@RailwaySeva @drmbct Any reason why the 6:52 pm Andheri–Churchgate fast reached Andheri over 20 mins late? Also, why were only our trains halted while those coming from Churchgate kept moving? Were they not affected by the trespassing activity mentioned?

Train arrived at 7:10 pm, halted midway for more 10+ mins, with no announcements. Y no updates for passengers? Bcoz of this, I couldn’t board my train at Dadar. Will the ticket cost just go in vain?
