This is an hard take.

Personally, I don't love Non-clinical role in Nursing. My reason is because the longer you stay away from clinical space, it become hard for you to attend to simple clinical cases.

I know say money de many non-clinical role, but if I can't attend to clinical cases then what's the essence of being a nurse?

Just my own perspective about non-clinical role in relation to nursing practice.

If you're a young professional and you're seriously thinking about japa, Here are some “simple” migration tips that you'll need.

Eight of them, don't joke with any of them.

If you're planning to migrate soon or even just considering it, these short, practical tips will save you stress, money, and time:

1️⃣ Get clarity on your “WHY.”

Migration is not an emotional decision. Define your purpose for the "japa" kini— career growth, education, stability, or opportunities.

2️⃣ Build skills that travel well.

Tech, healthcare, research skills, product roles, writing, digital skills, these open global doors faster. If you like go and be learning typewriting, body go tell you 😂

3️⃣ Choose countries based on pathways, not vibes or Instagram trends.

Study the immigration routes (PR, study, work visa, family). Your choice should match your long-term goal. If you choose a country because your friend is there you go suffer oo

4️⃣ Start gathering documents early.

Transcripts, reference letters, proof of funds, passport renewal — don’t wait until you need them to avoid fire brigade approach.

5️⃣ Research cost of living deeply.

Check rent, transportation, groceries, and taxes. Don’t enter a country blindly because “people are going there.” Your eyes will peel and I'm not trying to make you afraid, if you think I'm lying, just try it and see.

6️⃣ Build a global network before you land.

Join diaspora groups, connect with alumni, message professionals already working in your field. It's not a time to be an introvert ooo, Oga you'll start reaching out to people there even before you travel. Be careful who you reach out to though.

7️⃣ Have at least a 3–6 month survival plan.

A landing plan reduces anxiety and increases your chances of stability. A job, a skill, family etc, have something oo especially if you're going with your entire family.

8️⃣ Don’t compare your journey.

Everyone’s migration story is different. Move at your own pace. This one is very important, Mr. Callistus may use 2 months to settle down, while yours is running into 2 years, please don't put yourself under unnecessary pressure.
