@nxwestmidlands Kids been waiting at Belle Vale bus stop for no.9 to get to college in Stourbridge for well over an hour. Only one bus has gone past and it was full. My daughters missing her first class. What’s going on?

@DPDgroup_news Ignoring the preferred delivery location & delivering across the street is not helpful to someone with disabilities. No calling card was left so I wouldn’t have even known where the parcel was if I hadn’t gone on the website to track it. Poor delivery service again
