Sir, irony is that these big hospitals only few, only cover surgery in ayushman scheme they told us they can cover only surgery,
And what is government doing about it i think this scheme was introduced for people to get treatment in pvt hospital but you know the condition it was never for government hospitals as we mostly get free treatment there

Pralhad Joshi, appointed after youth protests forced Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation, is holding two other ministries. A ministry as big and important as the Education Ministry is sort of his “additional” charge.

The chatter within the BJP is that the Cabinet reshuffle is stuck because of serious disagreements between the PM and the HM. Over and above that, a silent rebellion by senior Ministers who have been asked to quit but are refusing to do so! It’s shocking how this government has totally lost the plot when it comes to governance. Entire Cabinet and state BJP govts have been put into lighting diyas and doing aarti of the mahamanav at the cost of serious governance. Completely lost touch with the ground. The young generation is anxious about its future but the government is busy spending taxpayer’s money in complete nonsense.

India and its youth deserve better, starting with a full-time Education Minister. The Prime Minister’s inability to reshuffle his cabinet is causing grave problems in the Education Ministry. Bureaucrats are chilling knowing that the Minister is eventually gonna go. But the reshuffle is pending since pre-Jantar Mantar months. A total collapse of governance!

My grandmother is a huge fan of Modi ji. She has affection for him like a son. She watches the news full time, follows his schemes and benefits, and tells everyone about Modi ji’s work.

Once, while watching the news, she got to know about PM-JAY for people 70+ and the ₹5 lakh health card benefit. She told me to get that card for her, and I did.

But I will tell you the reality.

Today, I took her to every medium and big hospital in Ghaziabad, Noida, and Delhi-NCR. But no hospital had the Ayushman card on their panel / was accepting it.

What a shame.

A card that is of no use. Absolutely no use. It will probably never be used.

There are 1–2 hospitals that accept it, but if you see the condition of those hospitals, you would never want to take your mother or grandmother there.

In the end, we took her to Kailash Hospital, Greater Noida — a hospital owner by MP of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Dr. Mahesh Sharma.

Look at the irony.

A BJP MP, a former Cabinet Minister, who keeps talking about his work, and even his hospital does not have the Ayushman card panel for the treatment we needed.

Just think about it for a minute.

I am not writing this to fight with anyone. I am writing this as a citizen and as a grandson who felt completely helpless today.

A small citizen here is just a small creeping creature.

The frustration is unbearable. You feel like you will burst into tears because you don’t know what else to do.

My grandmother thought these schemes benefits people but she got the reality today She believed this card would help her if she ever needed it.

Today, when she actually needed it, we were running from hospital to hospital.

This is the reality I experienced today.

I request you to please think about it.

Please share this.

Because behind every Ayushman card is a real person, a real family, and sometimes an old grandmother who simply wants access to treatment when she needs it.
