@Swiggy had some fault in their payment gateway, I ended up paying twice for the same order. Instead of RESOLVING the issue they stick to their policy of not helping post 60 seconds of order placement. Wow. And i swear i messaged within 120 sec atleast.
It's not even my fault.

I placed it at 8:11pm, I tried checking the delivery status around 9:10 and due to some error in the payment gateway another order got placed at 9:12. By 9:15 i was talking to your representative, they responded that post 60 seconds they cannot cancel the order/help. 3 mins..
